Clear Guidelines for a Better Experience
Riddhi Driver Service Centre provides clear and transparent Terms and Conditions for all professional driver service in Kolkata. These guidelines explain booking, driver availability, duty hours, payments, cancellations, customer responsibilities and other service policies to ensure a safe, reliable and professional experience for every customer.

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of driver services provided by Riddhi Driver Service Centre. By requesting or using our services, the customer acknowledges these terms.
1. Service Scope
Riddhi Driver Service Centre provides professional driver services only. We do not provide or rent vehicles unless a separate written arrangement is expressly agreed. Driver availability depends on the requested date, time, location and service type.
2. Booking & Availability
Bookings are subject to driver availability and confirmation by our team. A booking request is not automatically a confirmed booking until availability has been communicated by Riddhi Driver Service Centre. Customers should provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, date and time details. See How It Works for the booking process.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide correct journey information, a safe working environment for the assigned driver, and any relevant instructions in advance. The customer is responsible for complying with applicable laws and for ensuring that the vehicle used during the duty is legally permitted and properly maintained.
4. Duty Hours, Overtime & Changes
Driver duty is based on the agreed booking details and applicable rate. Additional hours, changes in timing, extended waiting, extra locations or changes to the agreed journey may result in additional charges according to the applicable rate communicated by the centre.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers should inform us as early as possible about cancellations or changes. Any cancellation, late cancellation, no-show or rescheduling charge will depend on the booking type, timing and applicable commercial terms communicated at the time of booking.
6. Payments & Charges
Applicable service charges will be communicated according to the requested service and duty requirements. Customers are responsible for paying the agreed charges and any applicable additional charges arising from changes, overtime, waiting or other approved requirements.
7. Driver Conduct & Safety
We aim to provide professional and reliable drivers. Customers must not ask a driver to perform unlawful, unsafe or dangerous activities. Any serious safety concern should be reported to Riddhi Driver Service Centre as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Service Limitations
Driver availability can be affected by unforeseen circumstances, traffic, weather, vehicle issues, emergencies or other events outside our reasonable control. Where practical, we will communicate material changes and work with the customer on an available alternative.
9. Customer Information
Information supplied for booking and communication should be accurate. We use customer information for service coordination, communication, booking management and related business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
